Deep tissue massage
Working within the deeper layers of muscle, beneficial where there are patterns of deeply held tension and restriction of movement.
Thai massage
With its roots in Indian Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine, Yoga, and Acupressure, Thai massage releases muscular tension and stress and builds a high level of fitness within the body. It combines deep and sustained pressure into muscle with passive stretching and mobilisation.
Indian head massage
Indian Head Massage is excellent for the relief of stress, anxiety and mental tension.It also helps to improve alertness and concentration levels by clearing the mind and re-energising mental capacity.
Aromatherapy
The stress of modern life can take its toll on the body, mind and spirit. Aromatherapy massage is a gentle form of massage using pure plant essential oils.
Reiki
Reiki is completely non-intrusive - you remain fully clothed at all times - and all you have to do is lie down (or sit) and close your eyes. The practitioner will gently place their hands in a sequence of positions over the body.
