I am an experienced massage therapist specialising in Deep Tissue, Thai
and Indian Head Massage. I am also an experienced Clinical Aromatherapist
and Reiki Master Practitioner.
I use a variety of tools within my massage practice including stretching,
mobilisation, acupressure and trigger point work.
With my knowledge and experience of massage I am able to structure and offer a comprehensive treatment plan for my clients.
Having taught exercise to music classes, circuit training and having
worked in a gym environment I draw on my understanding and experience
of exercise when giving home advice. Being keen to enhance my existing
skill set and increase my knoweledge I regulary attend workshops, aiming
to integrate new learning rapidly into my practice. An important aspect
of my development is the regular supervision I receive through the Bristol
College of Massage and Bodywork.
I am a fully insured member of Embody following their code of practice
and the high professional standards they expect from their membership.
I am also a member of the Institute of Thai Massage and Institute of Indian
Head Massage.
