I am a Professional Holistic massage therapist with 15 years experience. I specialise in Deep Tissue, Thai and Indian Head Massage. I am also an experienced Clinical Aromatherapist and Reiki Master Practitioner.

I use a variety of tools within my massage practice including stretching, mobilisation, acupressure and trigger point work.

With my knowledge and experience of massage I am able to structure and offer a comprehensive treatment plan for my clients.

Having taught exercise to music classes, circuit training and having worked in a gym environment I draw on my understanding and experience of exercise when giving home advice. Being keen to enhance my existing skill set and increase my knowledge I regularly attend workshops, aiming to integrate new learning rapidly into my practice. An important aspect of my development is the regular supervision I receive through the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork.

I am a fully insured member of Embody following their code of practice and the high professional standards they expect from their membership. I am also a member of the Institute of Thai Massage and Institute of Indian Head Massage.
